Brianna is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and California native who has worked in healthcare since 2013. Throughout her career, she has consistently seen mental health as the foundation of overall wellness.
Her approach integrates lifestyle medicine, psychosocial insight, and evidence based treatment to care for the whole person.
Brianna prioritizes professionalism and empathy in what is often a vulnerable and intimidating setting. She understands that pursuing psychiatric care can feel overwhelming. Her goal is to help every patient feel safe, welcomed, valued, and capable of change.
A teacher at heart, Brianna incorporates education into each session. Patients learn how their brain and body interact, how dopamine affects mood and motivation, and how daily habits influence emotional stability.
She is a wife, mother, medical preceptor, and adjunct instructor for local Physician Assistant programs. Her vision is aligned with Solstice Pacific’s mission to prevent overdose, suicide, and unnecessary suffering.
She also leads codependency workshops that blend psychiatric insight with practical boundary setting, communication skills, and family resilience.

Group Facilitator
Oscar became an advocate for mental health after witnessing the growing challenges faced by youth and their families while serving on various committees in his local school district. His commitment to this cause led him to join Solstice Pacific, drawn by its core value of Family.
As he deepened his work in supporting families, Oscar recognized that everyone is vulnerable to emotional dysregulation and the development of unhealthy coping mechanisms. This realization inspired him to prioritize his own well-being through mindfulness exercises, healthy relationships, continuous learning, and self-reflection. By consistently “filling his cup,” he has been able to better serve others and maintain a patient- and family-centered approach.
With four years of experience as a life coach, Oscar has dedicated himself to mastering the skill of facilitation to create meaningful and effective group sessions. His family remains his strongest source of support, and he remains committed to learning, growing, and serving the family.
