Solstice Pacific Integrative Clinic was founded with a clear and urgent mission.
To change the landscape of psychiatry by helping individuals avoid psychiatric hospitalization and the Emergency Room through earlier intervention, structured stabilization, and collaborative family care.
We seek to treat the underlying cause rather than the symptom.
The individual rather than the diagnosis.
The family rather than the crisis.
Mental health conditions rarely exist in isolation. They impact productivity, relationships, self worth, and family stability.
When care is fragmented or reactive, suffering continues.
Our philosophy is different.
We believe relief should be timely.
We believe healing should be structured.
We believe independence should be the outcome.

We serve adolescents age 17 and older, adults, and geriatric patients who are navigating chronic, moderate, or persistent mental health conditions.
Many of the families who arrive here have already tried outpatient therapy. Some have experienced hospitalization. Others are trying to prevent it.
Our purpose is to provide:
Rapid screening and assessment
Structured levels of care that stabilize symptoms
Family involvement that improves long term outcomes
Neuroscience based education that promotes sustainable change
Hope
Hope is not abstract. It is measurable. When individuals are linked with high quality mental health professionals and given the time and structure to heal, motivation improves. Focus returns. Relationships strengthen. Hope is restored when patients realize change is possible.
Safety
Safety requires honesty. Candid communication between the patient, their loved ones, and the treatment team is essential. When details are missed, dignity and quality of life are at risk. Our structured programming increases safety by reducing crisis escalation and strengthening emotional regulation.
Collaboration
Healing is a collaborative endeavor. Patients link arms with loved ones and our interdisciplinary team to build durable skills for both easy days and intimidating days. Family participation is not optional because long term success requires alignment.
Too often, mental health care is compartmentalized.
One provider prescribes medication. Another offers therapy. A different specialist addresses neurological concerns. The family is left to coordinate it all.
We reject that model.
Integrative care considers the whole person:
Brain health
Emotional awareness
Physical wellbeing
Lifestyle habits
Digital exposure and dopamine regulation
Physical wellbeing
We teach patients and families how to understand dopamine, address desensitization linked to screen overuse and process addiction, and build simple habits that improve connection and mood.
When the brain is supported correctly, behavior becomes more stable. When families are aligned, outcomes improve significantly.
