Opioid dependence does not exist in isolation.
It affects mood, motivation, family stability, dopamine regulation, and overall functioning. Too often, medication assisted treatment is delivered without integrated therapy, without family accountability, and without addressing the underlying drivers of addiction.
At Solstice Pacific, Suboxone treatment is not standalone.
Beginning in 2026, Suboxone will be available exclusively within our Partial Hospitalization Program for adults. This ensures medication support is delivered within a structured, interdisciplinary, and accountable system of care.

Suboxone can reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms. It can stabilize physiology. It can create space for recovery.
But medication alone does not restore relationships, rebuild executive functioning, or correct dopamine desensitization.
That requires structure.
Within our Community Mental Health Center, Suboxone treatment is integrated with:
Daily therapeutic programming
Psychiatry and medication oversight
Dopamine regulation education
Behavioral therapy
Family participation
Relapse prevention planning

Recovery does not happen in isolation.
Participation in our Family Education and Support Program is required for individuals receiving Suboxone treatment within PHP.

As the only certified Community Mental Health Center in Orange County, our medication-assisted treatment operates within a carefully regulated and fully documented clinical system designed to ensure safety, stability, and responsible care.
Our approach prioritizes careful assessment, conservative dosing, ongoing monitoring, clear communication, and structured taper planning when appropriate. Each step of treatment is guided by medical oversight and evidence-based practices to support long-term recovery.
Through this structured framework, we remain committed to preventing overdose, reducing relapse risk, and helping individuals restore independence and stability in their lives.
Without treating these co-occurring conditions, relapse risk remains high.
