When Hospitality Meets Science, Families Change
We seek to treat the underlying cause rather than the symptom.
The individual rather than the diagnosis.
The family rather than the crisis.
We are proud to be the only certified Community Mental Health Center in Orange County, recognized by the Joint Commission, CMS, and the California Department of Health. This recognition reflects our commitment to safety, compliance, collaboration, and measurable results.

Welcome to Solstice Pacific Integrative Clinic.
If you have felt alone trying to coordinate care, unsure who to trust, or exhausted from piecing together therapy, psychiatry, and specialist referrals, you are not alone. Most families arrive here overwhelmed. They are trying to prevent another emergency room visit. They are trying to help someone who cannot function. They are trying to restore stability before everything unravels.
Solstice Pacific was founded to change the landscape of psychiatry in California by helping individuals stabilize earlier, recover fully, and build independence that lasts.
There is no rushing you here. No cutting corners. No volume driven care.
We believe mental health cannot be compartmentalized.

Do no harm.
Lead with empathy.
Healing begins when you allow us to listen.
We treat autism, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, psychosis, trauma, traumatic brain injury, addiction, and complex mood disorders. More importantly, we treat the underlying neurobiological and behavioral patterns driving these conditions.
Every patient receives individualized care delivered by masters level clinicians in a beautiful, calm clinical setting designed to support dignity and focus.
Patients come here to feel seen, known, cared for, and empowered to graduate with durable skills for real life.

We recognize something many providers overlook.
Nearly everyone struggles with some form of process addiction. Screens. Scrolling. Gaming. Shopping. Substances.
These behaviors affect dopamine regulation and emotional stability. If left unaddressed, they undermine recovery.
Our proprietary curriculum teaches patients and families how to understand dopamine, reverse desensitization, and build simple, sustainable habits that improve mood and strengthen connection.
This is how we create results that last beyond discharge.

I’ve never personally been a client at Solstice Pacific, but someone very close to me went through their program, and I’ve had a front-row seat to the impact it’s had on her life. Before treatment, she was struggling—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward—but now she seems like a completely different person. What stood out to me most was how individualized and intentional the care felt; from everything she shared, it was clear the staff truly understood her beyond just a diagnosis, taking time to recognize her patterns, strengths, and the deeper reasons behind her challenges. She often described the work as difficult but meaningful—they held her accountable while also providing genuine compassion and support, which helped her stay engaged and actually grow. From the outside, the biggest change I’ve noticed is in how she relates to herself and others—she communicates more openly, sets healthier boundaries, and seems far more grounded. Watching that transformation has been incredibly meaningful, and from a loved one’s perspective, Solstice Pacific provides thoughtful, engaged care that truly makes a lasting difference.Posted on Katia TatuskoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Edit 1/30/26: I have nothing but gratitude for the staff at Solstice. They truly saved my life. I fought my treatment tooth and nail yet they never gave up on me. From residential through PHP & IOP I had a great psychiatrist and a few very patient and caring case managers who helped me rebuild my life after a catastrophic psychiatric injury. Thank you forever. Original review: I was referred to Pacific Solstice by Laguna Beach Inpatient BHU. I went through their 30-day residential treatment center in San Clemente and then did PHP/IOP in the Mission Viejo clinic for 2 months. This program saved my life. I arrived through their doors in a catatonic state with no hope for the future and graduated 3 months later with my depression/anxiety in remission thanks to a scholarship to the residential program graciously granted by the company’s board, Dr. Turner who was the first psychiatrist that didn’t slap on a diagnosis within 5 minutes of meeting me, TMS, a structured schedule to reintegrate me into the community, and a caring staff who didn’t give up on me. Positives: Being greeted in the Mission Viejo clinic every morning by the lovely Rachel, Yoga with Ashly, Qi Gong with Charmaine, my amazing case manager Lena who I’ve never seen without a smile on her face and who helped my partner and me immensely during family session, the program manager Les who genuinely cares for all of the patients, acupuncture at RTC by the amazing Dr. Manesh, and all the other staff who make Solstice what it is. Negatives: Groups are run by either contracted facilitators or employees of the company, not actual therapists. I personally did not find most of them very helpful. They gave us a giant handbook but it was hardly ever used or the same pages were read over and over. At San Clemente RTC, phone time was extremely limited which was hard for someone in my condition. In the Mission Viejo clinic they confiscate phones until lunch like we’re children which bothered me. The turnover is bad - in my 3-month treatment timeframe, all of the clinical staff and the dietician (who was probably tired of being forced to run groups all the time) left the company. Criticisms aside, I’m genuinely grateful for my transformative experience at this clinic and I hope they get the right clinical team in place (don’t overwork Lena!) so that they may serve as a beacon of hope for others.Posted on Josh McCraeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very helpful and caring team of professionals. A pivital aspect of my recovery from a very nasty psychotic break. I have recieved psychiatry and therapy plus group therapy while in program, getting my meds dialed in by a very qualified psychiatrist, having an outside and guiding perspective on personal issues, as well as a place to heal and learn/grow in a group setting with peers who i still remain friends with years later. I've had dicey experiences with less qualified psychiatrists and therapists, the professionals I worked with at solstice I can confidently say are another grade above compared to many that unfortunately have had costs to my health. Solstice is a great company, I've placed my trust in them confidently and have recieved a wide variety of services from them as part of the family - additionally, mErt was a very helpful experience which actually helped with my cognative issues a great deal. I would not be where I am today in my recovery journey, after being in and out of hospitals, and would not have been able to do it without this team.Posted on Jessica ShanelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trying to get quality treating for my eating disorder and mental health issues has been extremely frustrating before finding this facility. I have been more benefited in two days than I was in two months at a previous “treatment facility.” My admissions representative Aljan has been prompt, thorough, professional & most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. It wasn’t a bait and switch. I was given a realistic expectation of what would be offered. Truthfully, it is better than expected. I like the caring doctor, small intimate groups and the focus on overall health, not just one aspect of a being. Plus, the staff are well-educated, professional and qualified (sounds like a given; but, you’d be surprised). I almost gave up hope for finding quality care close to home. This has been the brightest light at the end of the tunnel, complete with meditation, art therapy, and more. I’m a therapist myself; so, I don’t say all of this without knowing what quality care should look like. ????????????Posted on Cindy TurnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pacific Solstice truly changed our lives! My husband went for substance abuse treatment, and the counselors were nothing short of amazing. They were supportive, compassionate, and really knew how to connect with both of us. We had the pleasure of working with Britten. She was profession and very sensitive to our needs. She knew so much about addiction. We are super grateful to her. Thanks to their incredible care, my husband is doing great — and they helped save our marriage too! We’re forever grateful for the heart and dedication of the Pacific Solstice team.Posted on BananamanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff is very welcoming and informative, gives a space to speak freely with other peers you can trust. Lena the case manager does a wonderful job handling parent/son therapy and helped us with repairing our relationship. A good overall life skill, mental health journey everyone should know and learn.Posted on Lori BernsteinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
